Why is coworking so popular?
“Coworking is where you can hang out slurping on espresso, take an impromptu nap, thrash a partner at a game of ping-pong or totally immerse yourself in your own world of work. You can bounce ideas off someone else’s brain; you can learn a new tech skill or find yourself a mentor or an investor that believes in your idea. Coworking is the new way of working, with the freedom to pick where in the world you want to be, when you want to work and who you wish to surround yourself with.” -Gail Palethorpe, writer and world traveller

What’re the vibes at the root like?
Some have called us the "Coworking cool kids on the block." Not really, but we like to think of ourselves this way. We’ve got background music going at all times, a keg for our members, and a whole lot of amenities, collaboration, and fun to be had. Whoever said you can’t have fun while working has clearly never been to our space! The flip side is, if you’re someone who prefers some peace and quiet, we also have dedicated spaces for that. Whether you are just launching a new company, have a well established business, work remotely, or need a spot to work on your side hustle, we have you covered.

Do you provide networking and continued learning opportunities?
Duh! We are a coworking community and we take a ton of pride in connecting our members and building the community around us. Due to COVID-19, we have significantly cut down in-person events, but be on the lookout for more virtual opportunities soon.

What all is included in my membership? Are there any hidden fees?
What you see is what you get, buddy. Your membership covers it all. The only add ons are completely optional, such as meeting room hours (past the allotted monthly hours you receive with your membership).

What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our dedicated desk and private office members have 24/7 access to the space.

I’m going to be in Tulsa on business/visiting for a month. Do you have month-to-month memberships?
Flexibility is our middle name. All of our memberships are month-to-month (except our private offices).

It’s incredibly important to me to have very fast wifi. Please tell me you have that?
Just like Jimmy Johns, our wifi is freaky fast! We’ve got the latest and greatest plan to make sure we can offer the speed our members require.

I talk on the phone a ton. Is that a problem?
Not at all!  We are a coworking space, not a library, and people are used to it. With that being said, we ask that you be respectful of other members and use one of our phone booths or reserve a meeting room for those long business discussions.

What’s the food and drink sitch?
We provide bottomless Cirque coffee, tea, and an awesome Bevi flavored water machine. We also have energy and sport drinks, Topeca Nitro cold brew, plus grab and go food options from some local partners for purchase. We will keep ya hydrated and full, so you can focus on your work.

Downtown parking can be tough. Do you guys have dedicated parking?
Parking is free and first-come, first-serve in our member lot, which is located behind our building. Guests and visitors who plan on being in the space for less than three hours can use the main front entrance lot.

Can I bring my dog? Or kids?
Members with a private office are allowed to bring their small furry friends to work, as long as they are under 40 lbs (landlord’s request… we love our big doggos) and are well behaved. Members must not allow their dogs to roam unsupervised and need to be on a leash in all of our common areas. Members must sign a waiver of liability, and if a dog is being mean, disruptive, noisy or destructive, we will ask that you please remove the dog from our space. Kiddos are always welcome to hangout, but we do not offer child care services (at least at the moment ;)).

Pro tip: If you think your child or dog might be distracting or disruptive to other members, we ask that you please leave them at home.

Can I get a business address through you guys? How do I know when I get mail?
You sure can! Our virtual mail membership is $45/month; you get a shiny new business address and secured private mailbox. Our team takes care of the mail and packages, and sends you a notification when you get something. We can also scan mail to your email directly, if you’d like.

Should I wait until the first of the month to join?
You can if you want to—but we prorate your membership based on the day you start. Then you’re billed on the first of the month after that.

Can I book a meeting room if I’m not a member? What about using your space for an event?
Yes and yes! To book a meeting room, click here.
Fill out the form from our event page, and we’ll give ya a ring to talk deets.

Can I bring guests?
Absolutely! Guests are free to meet with members in our meeting rooms or common areas. We just ask that if your guests plan on working for the day after your meeting that they purchase a day pass for $25.

Do you offer a student membership?
Yes! Our student membership is $65/month, and comes with 8 days’ access per month. Student ID is required! If you are a student who plans on using the space more than 8 days/month, let us know and we can give you a student discount on either our hot desk or dedicated desk memberships.

How are you keeping your members safe during COVID-19?
Staff, members, and guests must wear a mask in all of our common areas. All members, visitors, and staff will be required to get their temperature checked once daily upon first entry. We have removed extra chairs in our space in order to allow people room to social distance. Our space is being sanitized daily. For more detailed info, check out our action plan

Do you have a referral program?
Heck yeah we do! If you refer someone to sign up for a membership with us, and they follow through, you will get a one-time credit on your account equal to 20% of your friend's first month of membership. On the 6th-month anniversary of your friend’s membership, you will get a $100 gift card! Now those are some friendship benefits. ;)
