How long have you been with your current company, Life Management Inc.?

5 Years

How would you summarize what your company does and why your clients choose you over the competition?

We provide home based counseling and family therapy services for low-income families. We are focused on limited member to clinician ratio in order to maximize effectiveness and not just "push" these members through the system, but ensure they achieve their goals.

If you had to have a philosophy of life, what would it be?

"Kaizen", which roughly translates to "Continuous Improvement"

What's a productivity tool or app that you couldn't live without?

G Suite of Tools (Google)

Does your company do any work within the community in the form of charity, nonprofits, or just building up Tulsa?

Not Tulsa, but we have a clothing closet and are actively involved in providing services to low-income and no-income families as part of our business model.

What is one of your favorite books and why?

The "Rich Dad" series from Robert Kyosaki, I was raised on these books and it transformed my childhood into a think tank incubation period.

Second favorite is "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

Favorite movie and why?

I really do not invest a lot of time into movies, however I would have to say Gladiator. Because one had it all, lost it all, and had the fire to fight for it back.

And lastly, what is one of your favorite things about being a member of the root coworking?

Most places it is easy, and arrogant, to see things how I would run them instead of how they are being ran. However, with the root, I would really not change a thing. I am impressed with the emphasis of culture, environment, and "vibe".
